Real estate has been Gail's passion for a long time, and she enjoys doing it as a career, having obtained her Real Estate license in 2007. She raised her kids in Alaska, and they are all successfully starting their careers/families there. Gail has rehabbed multiple homes, further inspiring her love for home design and real estate. 

She is currently licensed as a Realtor in Wisconsin and as an Associate Real Estate Broker in Minnesota.  Gail also enjoys edible landscaping with heirloom veggies, preserving the harvest, and is currently on a mission to learn to like to eat the aforementioned veggies!

Artie brings value to his clients with his knowledge and talents in home refurbishing and repair. He has been licensed as a contractor since 2007 and has taught continuing education courses at Kaplan Professional Schools for contractors and real estate agents in the construction field.  

He has lived here in the Twin Cities since moving from Eau Claire, WI in 2004. Artie spends his free time helping friends & neighbors with projects, in his most rewarding role as "Dad" to an amazing teenage daughter, tinkering on his motorcycle, or taking his wife camping to state and national parks in their trusty Winnebago.
